Job summary

Action Day Schools in Mountain View is seeking a Head Infant Teacher to lead our Infant/Toddler program. You will oversee curriculum quality, train staff, and serve as a liaison between the Director and team within the age group.

The role requires an Associate's Degree with 12 core ECE units (including Infant/Toddler Development) and at least 2 years of early childhood experience. The position is full-time, with a strong emphasis on growth and collaboration within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree and complete core ECE units including Infant/Toddler Development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities essential for leading infants/toddlers.
• Experience with young children and a passionate, nurturing approach is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Infant/Toddler program and assist in curriculum evaluation.
• Train and mentor fellow staff; liaison between Director and staff within age group.
• Occasionally visit sister schools to share knowledge and plan staff in-service meetings.
