Job summary

The Gardner School is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher in Denver, CO, to lead a dynamic classroom with creativity, care, and excellence. You will mentor assistant teachers and model our core values as you build strong relationships with families and children in a joyful, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate lessons and maintaining compliance with Colorado Department of Early Childhood standards while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented team

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher/ECT qualification under Colorado Department of Early Childhood requirements.
• CDA or Associate's degree (required); Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree (preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience: 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead experience preferred).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. (Required)
