Job summary

Kinderberry Hill in Woodbury, MN is seeking an Infant Teacher to design developmentally appropriate curriculum within a collaborative, caring environment. The role emphasizes autonomy over classroom activities and alignment with our Reggio-inspired approach.

Requirements include a CDA or college degree (associates, bachelor’s, or master’s) or 16 credits toward an ECE field, plus the ability to work 4 ten-hour shifts (Mon–Fri).

• 16 credits towards an ECE-related degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass MN Department of Human Services background check.

Infant Teacher Requirements:

• a CDA, college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters) or a minimum of 16 semester credits towards and early childhood education or an ECE related field. College credits are required.
• ability to work 4: 10-hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
• must be authorized to work in the US
• must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study

This position starts at $22.20-$24.45+. Our wage scale is based on education and experience.
