Phoenix Ranch School, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to develop age-appropriate curriculum and lead engaging activities for infants. You will monitor progress and ensure safety while fostering a nurturing, collaborative classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12 Child Development Units required by the State of California.
• Degree in ECE or Child Development strongly preferred.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified center.
• Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students.
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop and tablet.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
• Patience, nurturing attitude, and genuine interest in young learners.

What You Get to Do:

Starting pay: Hourly $19.00-$21.00, depending on education and experience.

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
