Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and adhere to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
