Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, oversight and support for ACEA products.
• Direct and lead day-to-day operations of the team and perform analytical duties as required.
• Ensure analysis, techniques, products, and services are accurate and CSA-compliant, including cost estimating, acquisition reporting, and major contract negotiation support.
• Work with customers to define purpose, scope, schedule and priority of cost analysis.
• Coordinate with technical or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Coordinate reviews of all CSA products with Cost Department leadership as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation for ACEA Division.
• Communicate and collaborate with other CSA division leads.
