Talent Corps seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman for industrial construction in La Porte, TX. This is a local, full-time role with no travel or per diem, on a day shift with 10-hour shifts.

You will lead field crews on mid- to large-scale projects including ports, marine facilities, and logistics, focusing on new construction and major expansions. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electrical construction and 4–5 years as a foreman, with experience managing $1M+ projects and a Texas

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience
• 4–5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman supervising crews of 4–10 electricians and apprentices
• Experience managing mid- to large-scale electrical projects valued at $1M+
• Background in new construction and large-scale additions/renovations
• Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 4–10 electricians and apprentices on industrial electrical construction projects
• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily electrical installations to meet safety, efficiency and schedule targets
• Manage field operations on mid- to large-scale industrial, port, marine and logistics projects
• Oversee underground duct banks, large excavations, and underground electrical infrastructure
• Supervise installation of medium-voltage distribution systems up to 15kV and 35kV
• Oversee underground (UG) and overhead (OH) pole-line applications when applicable
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and schematics to forecast labor and material needs
• Maintain electronic daily project documentation and reports
• Coordinate with general contractors, owner reps, inspectors and other trades
