You will analyze user needs, develop control specifications, and lead engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 10 years in engineering and is proficient with controls platforms, as well as strong client relations experience. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a similar engineering role.
• At least 5 years’ experience with programming and configuration platforms.
• Current working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to develop User Requirements documentation.
• Lead project teams to execute controls hardware and/or software scope.
• Develop control specifications based on User Requirements.
