Job summary
Daniels Health seeks an experienced Project Manager - Industrial Automation to lead high-impact automation and digital projects across nationwide facilities. You will own projects from concept through commissioning, collaborating with engineering, operations, system integrators, and vendors to deliver safe, scalable solutions using PLCs, SCADA, robotics, HMI, and IIoT platforms.

- Bachelors in Engineering related field required.
- 8+ years leading automation or capital projects.
- Strong PLC/SCADA experience with major platforms.
- Experience with multi-vendor project teams and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept to commissioning.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders.
- Oversee PLC/SCADA/HMI/IIoT implementations.
- Travel to US facilities to support execution and readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors.
- Coordinate with system integrators and OEMs for delivery.
- Hold governance reviews and project workshops.
- Support installation, testing, and handover activities.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement.
