Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science required.
• 7+ years of automation, control systems, SCADA, or related experience.
• Experience leading automation and controls engineering from concept to closeout.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, development, integration, testing, commissioning, and lifecycle support of complex automation systems.
• Serve as technical lead for control system architecture, automation strategy, and network security.
• Direct software development for PLC, RTU, HMI, and SCADA across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across EPC projects and mentor engineers.
• Review technical deliverables and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
