House of Sport, an experiential concept by DICK’S Sporting Goods, is seeking a Retail Rock Climbing Lead to oversee our in-store climbing wall and deliver unforgettable experiences. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure strict safety standards, and provide hands-on coaching for climbers of all ages and abilities.

Partner with store leadership to drive traffic, events, and revenue through clinics, leagues, and community programs.
