Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Staff Engineer - Indoor Location Intelligence & Sensor Fusion to design and optimize AI/ML models powering a next-gen indoor location platform. You will work at the intersection of Wi-Fi, BLE, RTT, CSI, and IMU sensors to turn noisy RF data into accurate real-time positioning.

Responsibilities include architecting AI-driven models, refining RF propagation, and deploying sub-100ms inference pipelines while collaborating with firmware, data, RF, QA, and product

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD with AI/ML, RF, CS, or related discipline.
• Strong RF propagation and indoor multipath knowledge.
• Experience with time-series feature extraction and smoothing.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-driven models for indoor localization.
• Refine path-loss, RF propagation, and multipath models.
• Deploy real-time scoring pipelines with sub-100ms latency.
• Collaborate with firmware, RF, QA and product teams.
