You will lead daily operations, ensure safety standards, and provide hands‑on coaching for climbers of all ages and abilities.

Partner with store leadership to drive traffic, events, and revenue through clinics, leagues, and community programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading climbing activities or instructing beginners is a plus.
• Ability to coach climbers of varying ages and skill levels.
• Strong commitment to safety and incident prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the in-store rock climbing wall and daily operations.
• Deliver hands‑on coaching to climbers of all ages and abilities.
• Partner with store leadership to drive traffic, events, and revenue through clinics, leagues, and community programs.
• Train and mentor teammates and manage climbing equipment and inspections.
