Sanabria & Associates, PLLC, in Miami, FL, is seeking a Supervising Immigration Paralegal to support complex immigration matters and mentor a paralegal team.

You will prepare and file family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and other USCIS EOIR filings, supervise workflows, train new hires, and maintain client communications in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish/English required, with 4+ years in immigration paralegal work.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Expert knowledge with Immigration Court and USCIS procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well under pressure and manages time effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience using Docketwise is a bonus.
• Immigration Paralegal Experience: 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file applications with USCIS and EOIR filings.
• Supervise a team of paralegals and provide guidance.
• Conduct performance reviews and delegate work.
• Prioritize paralegal caseloads and manage workflow.
• Use case management tools to report findings to management.
• Interview and train potential paralegal and assistant staff.
• Lead training sessions for new hires as needed.
