Job summary

Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer to join the Identity Governance and Administration team. You will partner with product owners, engineers and operations to strengthen the Identity Management platform, ensure compliance, and drive secure, scalable IAM solutions across the organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, collaboration with BISO and architecture, and mentoring teammates while delivering agile improvements and security

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of developer experience with SailPoint IIQ and Identity Cloud platforms.
• Experience with P1AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud and IAM architectures.
• Knowledge of PCI/SOX/Fed regulatory requirements and remediation planning.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycles and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners to define feature stories and technical designs.
• Improve Identity Governance platforms and maintain security compliance.
• Triage root causes with Operations Support/QA to drive fixes.
• Integrate new security features and updates into existing products.
• Coach team members and promote continuous learning and innovation.
