Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Identity Solutions Engineer to lead the design and deployment of Secure Token Services (STS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) identity management across enterprise environments. This role requires deep federation, PKI, cloud architectures, and guiding cross-functional teams from planning through customer engagement in secure environments.

An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of systems engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of Systems Engineering or related technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of enterprise ICAM solutions focused on STS/SSO.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of developers, system integrators, and admins.
• Gather requirements, plan deployments, and engage with customers throughout projects.
