AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep our customers’ cloud operational. We solve complex supply‑chain problems and collaborate with engineers, supply‑chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and more to ensure safety, security, and world‑class capacity at the lowest cost.
As an ICT Design Engineer, you will be part of a global engineering team of architects, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, security, and control engineers. Your focus is on designing critical communications pathways, spaces, and cabling within our data centres, accelerating time to market and driving professional growth.
The base salary range for this position is USD 116,800 – 160,000 annually (see locations below). Your total compensation will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and a comprehensive benefits package that covers health insurance, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D, supplemental life, EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
