Job summary

Innovative Healing Systems is seeking an experienced Wound Care Physician to join the Liberty Regional Medical Center Hyperbaric & Wound Care Center in Hinesville, GA. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, advanced wound modalities, and hospital collaboration.

The successful candidate will be Georgia-licensed, skilled in wound care and hyperbaric medicine, with a strong focus on patient safety, quality of care, and team coordination within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

Doctorate in medicine or osteopathy; hyperbaric physician credentialing.
Completed wound management CME course (Category 1).
48-hour Category 1 CME hyperbaric medicine course; hospital credentialing; state license; BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical direction and leadership for the program.
Oversee performance improvement activities and quality of care.
Conduct professional education and communicate new wound care developments to staff.
Ensure physician coverage for Wound Healing Institute hours and hyperbaric services.
Participate in infection control and quality reviews with hospital teams.
Stay current with advances in wound care and hyperbaric medicine; attend seminars.
