Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise professional, technical, administrative, and laboratory staff.
• Develop, review, and approve test plans; direct lab and field evaluations of instrumentation.
• Manage nationwide QA/QC program for evaluation of hydrologic data collection instruments.
• Coordinate laboratory and field testing of instrumentation and emerging technologies.
• Prepare technical reports and briefings communicating evaluation results to management and stakeholders.
