Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join its elite team in Central Florida. The role offers base pay of $25–$35 per hour plus industry-leading commissions and a $2,500 sign-on bonus with a pre-approved list of tools valued up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and solid technical knowledge.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred).
• Clean and valid Florida driver’s license.
• Own high-quality tools and know how to use them.
• Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues.
• Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance.
• Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options.
• Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you’re doing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle and workspace.
• Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations and customer satisfaction
