Lead HVAC Mechanic rate enhanced to $48.41 with a future rate of $49.86. A high school diploma and 5+ years supervisory HVAC experience are required, with Nate certification within 6 months.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of recent supervisory operation/maintenance experience for HVAC equipment of similar size.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical operations and maintenance of the assigned building.
• Schedule and assign duties to technical staff and oversee safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and building policies.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors for service contracts.
• Respond to customer requests and emergencies, and document inspections.
