Job summary

TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead safe, high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair for residential and commercial customers, while mentoring teammates and supporting productive work.

The ideal candidate has experience with split systems, heat pumps, RTUs, boilers, and ventilation, plus valid EPA certification, HVAC license, and NM driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers and ventilation.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling and ventilation issues for both residential and commercial clients.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work and maintaining professional standards.
