CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Journeyman HVAC Sheet Metal Foremen in San Antonio, TX. This role leads crews of four to six mechanics on commercial and residential projects, interpreting blueprints and planning materials to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience, is reliable, and can start ASAP with five 9-hour shifts beginning at 7:00 AM. Company offers benefits and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Strong material-planning and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and able to work five 9-hour shifts beginning at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crews of four to six mechanics and helpers.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Forecast materials needed for daily and weekly work.
• Support HVAC work on commercial and apartment projects.
• Identify issues and develop effective solutions.
