Job summary

Shearer Heating A/C & Refrigeration Inc. seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Service Tech to join our Washington, PA team.

This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $25-$45 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, disability coverage, retirement plan, PTO, holidays, personal days, and education support. The day involves traveling to customer sites, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems for residential and light commercial clients, and documenting calls via iPad.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of HVAC trade school.
• Valid driver's license.
• Universal Refrigeration Certification.
• Must reside within 1 hour of our office in Washington, PA.
• Ability to use an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Document service calls and process payments using an iPad.
• Lead service visits from home to client locations and ensure customer satisfaction.
