Qualifications

• All required state licensing.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per safety standards.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Maintain accurate service reports and inventories.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices; collaborate with team members.
