You will operate and maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and related systems, directing a team of technicians and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification from trade school preferred.
• Boiler license (2B) or higher required or preferred.
• Minimum five years HVAC experience with at least two in a lead role.
• Ability to read drawings and technical manuals and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HVAC department and coordinate activities across facilities.
• Schedule work, repairs, and PMs; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor building automation systems and respond to alarms.
