Job summary

Watkins Heating & Cooling is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to manage a 2-person crew and deliver high-quality, on-time installations for residential customers in Mason, OH. The role emphasizes clean, professional workmanship and leadership on job sites.

You’ll fabricate ductwork, run jobs from start to finish, and document progress with iPad checklists. EPA certification is required, OSHA safety rules apply, and NATE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC install experience (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
• Ability to lead a job and manage a helper
• Understand and follow OSHA safety rules
• Clear communication with customers and team
• Comfortable using iPad / digital paperwork
• NATE certification is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-person install crew (you + helper)
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork (layout, build, install to spec)
• Run jobs start-to-finish with quality, efficiency, and professionalism
• Use iPad-based checklists for job completion and documentation
• Maintain a clean truck and job site (we respect the customers' home)
• Train and mentor helpers to build a stronger team
