Job summary

Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to lead residential retrofit and replacement projects within the Inland Empire. You will manage installation crews, oversee job completion, and perform full-system installations from start to finish including heat pumps, multi-zone mini-splits, VRF systems, and duct work.

The role offers a $32.00-$40.00 per hour pay range with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and a schedule that includes occasional evenings

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred or willing to obtain after hire.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record.
• Leadership skills to train and mentor installers.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Background check and drug test after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC retrofit and replacement installations.
• Perform light commercial retrofit and equipment replacement projects.
• Manage installation crews and oversee job completion.
• Complete full HVAC installations from start to finish including duct systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, VRF, and related equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC issues as needed; install gas piping and TracPipe; install refrigerant line sets.
