Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our long-standing team in Redlands, CA. The role focuses on residential retrofit and changeouts, leading installation jobs, and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.
Proven ability to complete residential retrofit/changeout installations from start to finish.
EPA Certification required.
NATE Certification preferred (or willing to obtain after hire).
Valid California Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lead and mentor installation team members.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead residential retrofit/changeout installations from start to finish.
Perform fully experienced start-to-finish installations of heat pumps, VRF systems, ductwork, and related equipment.
Diagnose system issues and perform diagnostics.
Install gas pipe and trac pipe as needed.
Coordinate and lead installation teams on job sites.
