Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers to install heating and cooling systems in homes across Laurel, MD. This full-time, year-round role offers strong earning potential and a take-home vehicle.

Requirements include a Journeyman’s license in HVAC or Plumbing, 3+ years of residential installation experience, EPA Certification, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Journeyman’s license in HVAC or Plumbing required.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems and equipment.
• Install complete residential heating and air conditioning systems per specs and codes.
• Lead HVAC installations with a helper.
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot new installations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and inspection standards are met, and keep the site clean.
