Frank Gay Services in Orlando is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to advance our customers’ comfort with top-of-the-line installations. You will lead residential projects, mentor apprentices, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• Lead Position: 3-4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency
