Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, system design, and setup.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems during installations.
• Clear, professional communication with clients.
• Team-first mindset with accountability.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, air handlers, control systems, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Complete system start-ups, testing, and commissioning for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues with precision.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with homeowners during the installation process.
• Explain system operation, features, and basic maintenance to clients upon completion.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes.
• Maintain accurate job documentation for invoicing and QA.
• Deliver a world-class client experience through professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining efficiency and high-quality output.
