Job summary

American Residential Services is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join the ARS Atlas Trillo! team in San Jose, CA. This full-time role offers a path to management with strong earnings potential and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include leading retrofit installs, expanding existing HVAC systems, and traveling to multiple job sites. EPA certification is required or assisted; pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading a helper on job sites.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (certification assistance may be available).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard retrofits, replacements and upgrades for HVAC systems.
• Complete air conditioning add-ons to expand or improve existing systems.
• Travel to various job sites as required to meet customer needs.
