Holbrook Heating Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our Syracuse, NY team. This role involves leading residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to standards.

You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment, supervise helpers, review requirements, and ensure timely, compliant completion. Excellent team environment and year-round opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong residential HVAC installation experience.
• Light commercial installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, electrical components, and HVAC installation procedures.
• Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and provide direction to helpers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
