Job summary

Wright Heating and Cooling in Akron is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installation projects from start to finish and mentor junior technicians. The role offers strong benefits and stable local work with a no overnight travel policy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and high-quality service. Training and advancement opportunities are provided by the company.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and varying jobsite conditions
• Ability to safely climb step and extension ladders
