aircontrolaz is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our Mohave County team in Kingman, AZ. You will install top-line heating and cooling equipment in customers' homes, ensuring quality work and safety.

Qualifications

• Five years of HVAC installation experience is required.
• EPA certification and knowledge of installation codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Install top-line heating and air equipment in customers' homes.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams.
• Teach an apprentice the skills to become a Lead Installer.
• Keep company truck clean and organized inside and out.
• Maintain truck inventory and complete paperwork accurately.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Have or be willing to obtain proper certifications with company support.

Job description

SIGN ON BONUS - $5,000! The sign on bonus is paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.

This applies to journeyman level technicians with 5+ years of experience. Candidates with less than 5 years of experience may qualify for a reduced bonus.

PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

The Big Task:

You will accurately and efficiently install top line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes.

Key Sub Tasks

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Ability to teach an apprentice the skills required to become a Lead Installer.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Five (5) years of HVAC Installation Experience.
• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• Develop proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
