Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Boiler Installer in Milwaukee to lead installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boiler systems for residential and light commercial projects.

You will work with contractors and property owners to ensure safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with codes, while mentoring junior technicians and maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• HVAC or Plumbing apprenticeship is a plus.
• EPA certification is appreciated.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, replacement, and commissioning of gas, oil, and hydronic boiler systems.
• Train team members assisting with boiler work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, piping schematics, and installation drawings.
• Install piping, pumps, expansion tanks, zone valves, controls, and venting systems.
• Perform startup, testing, balancing, and system commissioning.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with dispatch.
