A leading technical services provider is seeking a Construction Manager in Houston, TX. The role involves overseeing high voltage electrical construction projects from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience in the Electric Power Industry, and strong skills in estimating, subcontracting, and project management. The position offers a competitive compensation package and requires extensive travel. Additional responsibilities include developing relationships with clients and subcontractors and ensuring compliance with project permits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in the Electric Power Industry.
• Field experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for high voltage electrical installation projects.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, estimating, and critical objectives.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials meet project schedule.
• Develop and manage client and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure all necessary project permits are secured.
• Review and communicate project budgeting and status reports.
• Collaborate with engineering on design changes in the field.
