You will conduct inspections, incident investigations, safety meetings, and coordinate audits, with travel as required, ensuring records and programs meet company and client standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction EHS.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans in coordination with PM and leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Perform accident investigations and incident reporting.
• Provide EHS training and orientation for new hires.
