Job summary

Young World Physical Education in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a part-time Head Coach for the Girls Lacrosse Program. Responsibilities include overseeing player development, game strategies, and team leadership while ensuring a positive and inspiring environment for student-athletes.

Candidates should have excellent knowledge of LaCrosse, fundraising experience, and a proven track record in coaching. An Ohio Secondary Teaching Certificate is preferred, along with the required coaching certification.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant coaching experience.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Girls LaCrosse Program.
• Serve as the Girls Varsity Head LaCrosse Coach.
• Develop and execute an effective training program.
• Motivate and mentor student-athletes both on and off the field.

Skills

Fundraising experience

Strong knowledge of LaCrosse rules, techniques, and strategies

Must be passionate and dedicated to inspire student-athletes

Previous experience coaching LaCrosse

Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes

Serve as a positive role model

Demonstrated knowledge and skills associated with the sport

Education

Ohio Secondary Teaching Certificate preferred

Evidence of successful past coaching experience at High School or College level preferred

Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Pupil Activity Permit (PAP)
