Job summary

South Bend Community School Corp Riley High School - South Bend, IN, Indiana is seeking a HS Head Boys Swimming Coach for the 2026-2027 season. This part-time role reports to the Principal and Athletic Director and carries a $6,440 stipend for the sport season.

The candidate will guide and direct students in a successful high school swimming program, attend activities, and help develop a feeder program while demonstrating strong communication and motivational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a high school/intermediate school swim coach in a successful program.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge and ability to teach swimming skills.
• Able to get along with students and parents; motivate athletes.
• Experience as a swimming participant at the high school or college level.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct students in a successful swimming program at the high school level.
• Attend activities and assist developing a feeder school program.
