Job summary

Vanderbilt Health seeks a Lead HRPP Regulatory Compliance Analyst to oversee the research proposal process from submission to completion. You will supervise team members, coordinate reviews, and provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements.

In this role you will develop department goals, train staff, and drive continuous improvement across the Human Research Protections Program to protect participants and support high-quality research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• 4 years relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises team members' work product before, during, and after committee meetings.
• Identifies, coordinates, and evaluates need for compliance reviews.
• Interprets findings, develops recommendations, and ensures appropriate follow-up.
• Develops goals and objectives for the department based on regulatory policies.
• Analyses and evaluates ongoing departmental programs for improvements.
• Creates and conducts quality assurance audits of researchers and staff.
• Develops training and acts as internal consultant to staff and committees.
• Develop training for committee members and the research community.
