Job summary

Minority Professional Network, Inc. is seeking an HPC Platform Engineer to lead design, build and operations of scalable HPC environments in Indiana. You’ll collaborate with researchers and scientists to optimize performance and drive reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities include deploying HPC workloads on cloud and on‑prem, automating infrastructure with DevOps tools, and ensuring availability and efficiency of GPU-accelerated platforms. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HPC required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HPC platform engineering.
• Experience leading a global large-scale infrastructure project.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and operations of scalable HPC platforms.
• Enable HPC infrastructure and experiences for researchers.
• Collaborate with scientists to optimize performance and workflows.
• Leverage tooling for orchestration, scheduling and reproducibility.
• Operate public cloud and on‑prem environments for HPC workloads.
• Define and monitor infrastructure metrics and resource utilization.
