• Documents call offs and arranges replacements for shifts.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets; updates as needed.
• Assigns keys, radios and beepers; maintains security of access tools.
• Checks equipment and supplies; guides staff to fix issues.
• Inspects areas to verify cleaning standards are met.
• Supports staff to maintain high cleanliness and service levels.
• Conducts staff training as assigned.
• Contributes to a professional team environment.
