American Senior Communities in Avon, Indiana is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and homelike environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will plan, organize and direct daily operations, monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, and mentor staff to uphold CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an institutional housekeeping department.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• HS/GED or equivalent education.
