Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper III to maintain all housekeeping duties to our standards across remote facilities. You will clean common areas, assist the Head Housekeeper, and contribute to safety and policy compliance in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, washing linens, replenishing supplies, directing junior staff, and reporting guest infractions. Candidates should have 3+ years in housekeeping, strong English, and the ability to work long rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in remote camp or hotel/hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).
• First aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and with or without supervision.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and follow SOPs, JSAs, and policies.
• Clean and maintain all common areas and rooms daily.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens; replenish supplies in guest rooms.
• Assist in directing the team under supervision to ensure standards compliance.
• Report guest infractions or property damage to management.
• Keep accurate counts of rooms cleaned and assist Head Housekeeper.
• Sanitize washrooms and replenish toiletries as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency procedures.
