Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Helps implement systems to ensure efficiency and delineation of tasks related to facility cleanliness
• Produces timely and accurate information to communicate with other department heads regarding guest and departmental needs
• Prepare guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes for guests
• Assists with hospitality department inventory, ordering, and organization of housekeeping items
• Ensures that client response quality is up to standards facilities are clean and sanitized
• Assists with the organization of client arrivals and departure processes to ensure room cleanliness
• Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the department’s performance
• Clean and Sanitize common spaces, recording on sheet to ensure safety
• Monitors and maintains communications with the hospitality staff
• Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the building - communicating with proper avenues to create solutions to the details
• Responds to client needs and requests personally
• Other Duties as assigned
