Sodexo is seeking a Lead Housekeeper at CAPITAL HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER in Hopewell, NJ. The role reports to the site supervisor and requires maintaining high hygiene standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for patients, families, and staff.

You will oversee cleaning operations across multiple areas, coordinate tasks, and support training for team members. This position offers full-time hours with varied shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Able to assist in training, direct staff and/or allocate resources.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and a nurturer of a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• May provide housekeeping services in client locations, including offices, patient rooms, dorms, classrooms, and common areas.
• Complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are clean.
• May assign/check work and train other employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts based on client requirements.
