Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Training and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must read and understand printed instructions for chemicals.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills to relate to staff, residents, families.
• Must pass Level II Background Check and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality-control and support for Independent Living housekeeping team.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager with department needs.
• Maintain housekeeping standards; ensure staff understand assignments and deficiencies are corrected.
• Provide residents with dependable, high-quality service.
