Lead Housekeeper

Job Summary:

As a Lead Housekeeper at Fountains at Mill Cove, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our beautiful Senior Living Center. Located in Jacksonville, Florida, our community is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

Lead Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of housekeepers in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces

• Supervise daily cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas of the community are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that cleaning products and equipment are used properly and effectively

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment inventories

Lead Housekeeper Requirements:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
